Who we are
Electrolysers.eu is operated by Rakhou Associates B.V., a Dutch besloten vennootschap (private limited company), registered at Utrechtse Jaagpad 139, 2314AW Leiden, Netherlands. What we collect
We collect personal data only when you actively provide it to us, through:
- The "List your product" (OEM) form: company name, contact name, email, and product details
- The "Post a tender" form: contact name, email, and project details
- The "Contact us" form: name, email, and your message
We do not collect personal data through the forms' passive tracking. See "Cookies" below for what we use cookies for.
Cookies
When you first visit electrolysers.eu, we ask whether you're happy for us to use analytics cookies. Your answer (and nothing else) is stored in your browser so we don't ask again, and you can change it at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer.

We don't use advertising or marketing cookies, and don't sell or share visitor data with advertisers.
Why we collect it (legal basis)
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, list your submission after review, or get in touch about a tender or product listing, our legitimate interest in operating this marketplace, and in some cases to take steps towards a contract at your request (e.g. listing your product).
Who sees it
Submitted data is stored in our database (Supabase, hosted in the EU) and reviewed by us before anything is published. Product and OEM listings that are approved become publicly visible on the site, as intended when you submit them. Tender enquiries and general contact messages are not published, they go to us directly.
How long we keep it
We keep submission data for as long as your listing remains active, or, for enquiries that don't result in a listing, for 12 months before deletion.
Your rights
Under GDPR, you can ask us to access, correct, delete, or export the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Contact us at sam@rakhou.com to exercise any of these rights. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Third parties
We use Supabase (database) and Netlify (hosting), both of which process data on our behalf under their own data processing agreements. We do not sell your data to anyone.
